Unity Works Picnic
Tomorrow August 15, 2009, is the Unity Works picnic at the Ike-Kinswa State Park near Mossy Rock, Washington (Chehalis area). This event is open to everyone, with a $5 min donation per family. We will have a potluck lunch as well.
The topic for this Unity Works is Lakota ceremonies, including a pipe ceremony. We’ll here a little bit about Baha’ai faith, and we’ll have singing and sharing her life stories as well.
Kaye is bringing her big drum, so we will have a drumming circle. Many prior Healing Drum Retreat attendee’s will be there, so it’s going to feel more like a reunion!
We’ll have lots of time for discussions and chats, and of course a lot of fun and laughter. You are welcome to join us, our lectures start at 10am, and we will continue at late as people want to stay. Bring a folding chair or two, and some foods to share.
